Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and TREEMENDOUS TREE CARE PTY LTD ('we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of our arborist services and website.

We provide professional arborist services including but not limited to:

• Tree removal and pruning
• Stump grinding
• Tree health assessments
• Emergency storm damage response
• Land clearing services

All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3.1. All quotes provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Subject to site inspection and assessment
• Exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change if the scope of work changes

3.2. Additional charges may apply for:

• Difficult access or terrain
• Additional work requested during service
• Emergency or after-hours services
• Additional materials or green waste disposal
• Use of specialised equipment

4.1. Booking Confirmation:

• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of your acceptance of our quote
• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for standard bookings
• Emergency services are available 24 hours and subject to availability

4.2. Cancellation Policy:

• 24 hours notice is required for cancellation
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted price
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including:

• Public Liability Insurance
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Workers Compensation Insurance

While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for any damage that occurs as a result of:

• Pre-existing property conditions
• Underground services not identified by the client
• Natural movement or settling after tree removal
• Acts of nature or environmental factors beyond our control

We maintain strict compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations. Our team reserves the right to:

• Cease work if unsafe conditions arise
• Require clear access to work areas
• Implement safety zones around work areas
• Refuse work that compromises safety standards
• Postpone work due to adverse weather conditions
